Close to cedar point clean affordable pool was open til 1030pm staff super nice. Nothing it was great

I asked for a receipt for my $100 deposit, but they couldn’t provide one and told me to contact someone else. They couldn’t print any proof of my stay. I was also told that it would take a minimum of 21 days to get the deposit back, which I didn’t expect and disrupted my trip, leaving us short on food money at Cedar Point because of the hold. At check‑in, one staff member said the deposit would be returned in 3‑4 days, but another said she didn’t know and that it would definitely be at least 21 days. The yogurt and breakfast were expired, and both my child and I fell ill from it; we only realized why after checking the package.
