“Don't go in this hotel”
When I booked through the app, it advertised an air‑conditioned room and other amenities, but none were actually available; I was given a small, traditional room with ghutka stains everywhere and a toilet that smelled arrogant and was not clean. The manager was absent from the hotel, and an illiterate man at reception refused to give me an air‑conditioned room. I would advise you to think twice before booking through that app. I decided I would never use that app again for future bookings.
