“Check it out”
A funky hotel with great staff and real vibe. I was disappointed to stay only one night. I’ll definitely return and relax at the bar area. Thanks.

The owner is a lovely, friendly, welcoming gentleman who chats interestingly. He served us breakfast (coffee and pastries) on tableware he had made himself (!) and told us about his ceramics passion. It was a unique stay. The building itself is unusual and charming. The garden/restaurant is a shisha spot that feels like a different world – lush green plants, colorful flowers, sweeping arches all handmade by the owner. Extraordinary! It’s not like North London at all – it’s very exotic. I didn’t get to spend an evening there, but I know it’s popular. Our room was comfortable and clean. We enjoyed the tea, coffee and biscuits. The bathroom light had a slight issue, but it wasn’t a big deal. The shower works well. Complimentary toiletries are a bonus. The location was great: I could catch the tube back to central London when needed and use my car to reach Barnet FC for the event I had to attend. The location couldn’t have been better. Street parking nearby was not ideal, but it worked out because I avoided any parking charges or bothering local residents.

The staff were excellent, never turning a request into a hassle, and the rooms were spacious enough to feel like a good value for the money.

The staff, cleanliness, and restaurant were fine, but the noise from the ShiSha bar—loud music and chatter until 2.30 a.m.—made it impossible to sleep, turning the night into an absolute nightmare.

Everyone on the staff was very friendly, and the restaurant was nice too. I also appreciated the free simple breakfast in the restaurant, surrounded by plenty of plants, lots of sunshine, and excellent coffee. The shower water was really weak.
