The location was fine, but everything advertised on the website turned out to be wrong: the swimming pool was dry, the ice machine was broken, the laundry was out of order, there was no refrigerator in the room, no hair dryer, no shampoo, and no tissues in the dispenser. The room wasn’t cleaned between nights even though it was pre‑paid for two nights, and when we checked out the receipt showed we were double‑billed. I had to argue with someone who barely understood English, and now I’ve had to contact my credit card company for a follow‑up.

The location was good, but the blankets needed changing, the electrical connection had to be fixed, the pool had no water, and the room needed some decoration and a fresh coat of paint.

The staff were great, and the place is still a work in progress. There was no jacuzzi in the room, but we were welcomed to America—yes, yes… thank you too.

I liked how quiet it was and that nobody bothered us, but I didn’t like that the two rooms we stayed in were at the same level; otherwise, it was okay.
