I did not like it at all. Everything about this hotel is a deception. It looks great only in photos—the reality is shocking. The location is terrible, the rooms are extremely dirty, and there is a strong smoke smell everywhere. There is grime, stains, damaged trim, dirty floors, and unhygienic conditions—especially in the bathroom. The bed was so disgusting that I slept in my clothes. I could not even stay for a normal night. The next day I booked another hotel immediately. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I stayed for a single night and will never return. I was double‑charged for the room and the staff did nothing to fix it even after I called three times. There was no hair dryer, no hangers in the closet, and no bars to hang anything. The worst part was the extra charge that exceeded the cost of the reservation.

I checked in at 8 pm on Wednesday, 3 September, for a four‑night stay. The hotel looked nothing like the pictures; the reception staff were unwelcoming, unhelpful, and very closed off. In the room with a jacuzzi, I saw men running around the hotel, heard people having sex on the floor, and felt the place resembled a brothel. The room itself was filthy: dirty floor, damaged walls, soiled linens with human hair, a broken bed, grease on the TV, a cat‑bowl smell, and a cracked shower. The jacuzzi was worn out and disgusting. I had to call staff for cleaning because the room was simply uninhabitable; they said no cleaning would happen until two days after arrival, on Friday. I asked for a clean sheet at least, but was denied. The room was so dirty and smelly that I had to check out after almost three hours, rebook elsewhere, and I would not recommend this hotel. The service was terrible.
