The staff were great, the area was quiet, and parking was convenient, but the terrace had tissues, it wasn’t cleaned, and the room door didn’t close properly.

We were a husband, wife, and granddaughter; the room only had 2 towels instead of 3, the bathrobe was only 2 pieces, and for the granddaughter there was no towel; the bathroom towel was dirty.

The rooms were stylish, clean and tasteful, the food was good, and the service was friendly – nothing else to add.

“super obiekt 10/10; extra jedzenie i obsługa”

We had to reschedule twice for reasons beyond our control, but the property handled it fine; the location is superb, the hotel is very comfortable—we had an apartment that was clean, nicely furnished, and modern; a big plus was the reserved parking spot; the food was amazing—lots of choice, high quality, and the place is highly recommendable 10/10. Everything was top.

“Boli sme na 90 percent spokojní.”

The staff were pleasant, the place was clean, parking was available on the premises, the wellness area was nice, there was an outdoor playground, and the kids’ corner was well equipped; we felt safe in the apartments. We were disappointed that we weren’t told beforehand that there was no tap water in the bungalow, and the shower had little water and was cold.
