The location was good. The mattress and pillow covers were badly stained, some with old dried blood. There was mould in the bathroom, which was easy to clean with some effort. The mattress was lumpy. It was over‑sprayed with air freshener.

The shower was good. The location was fine. The TV was broken. My issue wasn’t the TV but that the staff member didn’t even come to check it or offer a solution until I went down after three attempts, over an hour and a half. Better communication could have solved this, or even a few kind words would have helped. Two hours later, via a Facebook text, you said we could move to a different room the next night. A basic check of the TV would have been common courtesy and just manners. Terrible service.

I liked the spot because it let us reach the airport early in the morning, and the bed was comfortable. The room felt a bit old‑fashioned, but it was acceptable.

The rooms were excellent and the staff were friendly. However, the two rooms I booked together were separated by a long walk, the coffee sachets were so tough I couldn’t open them without scissors, one room lacked dishwashing liquid, and the internet was weak—really just a hotspot, not proper Wi‑Fi.
