Very good, clean, and central. Everything was perfect; I just missed a hair dryer.

The only thing I liked was the size of the room and the bathroom, which was adequate for two people. The cleanliness was terrible; on the first day we found small cockroaches in the room, and after telling staff we found more the next night (though fewer). It’s a serious problem that needs fixing. Also, I didn’t like the area much even though it was close to the center; it felt like Lavapiés in Bilbao.

For a hostel, the room was quite decent in size and décor; a bus stop is right at the door for city travel. The ceiling fan was excessively noisy.

Destaco muchísimo la excelente atención de los dos chicos que están en la recepción. Súper amables y dispuestos a ayudar en todo. Limpieza excelente. Cerca del centro. Colectivo bus que para prácticamente en la puerta. Volvería
