Female receptionist very polite and courteous. This is not a 4 star hotel, it’s barely 2 star. Mould round shower and bedroom ceiling. Furniture dated and shabby. Carpet disgusting. Metal frame bed rock hard. A lot of money to pay, with no breakfast included - shocking

The location is amazing and you can leave your luggage even if the room is not ready. The staff is very friendly. For a 4 stars hotel, I do expect better bed and proper airco. The quality of the beds is poor and the air conditioning did not work

The place is excellent and the center is quiet. The room was very small, the carpet was stained, there was only a head shower, no lift, and the stairwell was very narrow. There was no fridge in the room.
