I had already read other reviews about the dinner, and the Chinese dishes were very hearty, so I finished everything since I had no time for lunch at work that day (laughs). Because I'm used to lighter flavors, the seasoning felt a bit strong (personal preference, though). The staff greeted me with smiles and were very pleasant. The hot spring had good water quality and relaxed my tired body. The building is quite old, but cleaning could be improved around the sink area in the washroom; a bit more attention would help. Regarding shoe storage, it would be helpful if each room had a designated spot to prevent mix‑ups or theft, giving guests peace of mind.

“Ottima Ryokan vista montagne con staff gentilissimo.”

The free onsen was nice, the staff were very kind and helpful. If possible, they let me reserve the onsen to use it together with my partner. The rooms were traditional, spacious, and offered a beautiful mountain view. The room was clean, with comfortable yukata. They organize a free shuttle to Snow Monkey Park. I would come back. Nothing negative.

“スタッフの方々が温かく親切、快適滞在”

犬と一緒に泊まることができてよかった！ スタッフの方々がすごく良く、荷物を運ぶのを手伝ってくれたり、なにか困り事がないかなど聞いてくれたり親切だった。. 特になし 強いて言うなら、入浴後に使用するバスタオルの吸水性があまり良くなかったくらい。
