“Overall, a decent place to stay but quite inconvenient due to the lack of dining options”

The rooms were quiet and spacious, the staff were helpful, and parking was excellent, but the hotel has no on‑site restaurant; you must walk almost 2 km for breakfast and a decent spot is only a five‑minute walk away for lunch and dinner. The TV in the room had no remote, and even after calling reception the issue was never fixed as promised. It’s fine for a single night, but the lack of nearby dining makes it inconvenient.

“For any foreigners travelling here - beware of their definition of a 24 hour check in!”

The location was good and the sofa and bed were comfortable, yet the overall cleanliness was poor—towels and bath mats were stained, the floor was dirty, and the room wasn’t regularly cleaned. We were told the hotel offered 24‑hour check‑in, but that actually meant a 24‑hour check‑in/check‑out cycle, not a 12 pm checkout as advertised; this was not disclosed. Other guests on our floor were noisy and rude, and when I called reception for help no one answered after several attempts. I had to leave my room at 2 am to find security, which felt unsafe for a solo female traveler.
