The bed was comfortable, but when I arrived to check in, the owner asked me to wait 10 minutes before heading into my room. By the time he called me to settle in, it was clear that all the linens had been used by previous guests, the towels were dirty, and those 10 minutes had been spent trying to make the used bedding look clean. That attitude toward guests is disgusting. On top of that, there were always 3–4 cats in the kitchen, always hungry and scattering trash from bags, making it impossible to cook or eat in peace. I couldn’t leave the room door open because the cats kept coming in, and there were also cockroaches in the room.
