We are not staying at that hotel because it doesn't allow foreign visitors; when I asked for a refund, the staff was very rude and told me to ask the booking site for a refund. I’m still asking sincerely about the next steps. Thank you.

nothing much it was fiar but the facilities which were listed where not 100% present, hardly met with 50%. room size, facilities, no tea/coffee or breakfast
