“Calidad/precio muy bien”
The price‑to‑quality ratio was excellent. The nearby beach was perfect for swimming and relaxing, with the option to either go free or stay in the beach club. A 15‑minute walk takes you to Punta‑Cocos and Playa del Poeta, where you can see flamingos and enjoy a beach club and swings. It might seem far from the city center, but the close beach felt better, and the group of restaurants nearby (10 minutes away, like Cabane) and the mini‑super we had close by were very helpful. The pool was fantastic, with loungers, tables, etc. Inside the room we had a fridge and a table area. Cooking wasn’t allowed—no microwave or stove—only a kettle or hot water for basic prep like salads or sandwiches. The taxi to the port or city center cost 200 pesos; otherwise, moving around the island on foot or by other means was expensive. The excursions offered by the accommodation were pricier than if you went to the port or plaza and negotiated yourself. Improvements could include a drying area for swimsuits or towels, a second set of towels for the pool or beach, or even snorkel rentals. It would also be nice to have a place to enjoy a cold drink or snack by the pool (though the fridge and nearby supermarkets help, you need to plan). A storage area for luggage, hanging clothes, etc., would be useful. The wardrobe in the bathroom didn’t feel great because it smelled damp.
