The accommodation matched the pictures, and the sunsets here are the best in the area; it’s a charming spot with simple but sufficient kitchen facilities. The housekeeping staff kept everything spotless, and the front‑desk lady gave us excellent recommendations. The rain and wind make a lot of noise through the roof, but that seems to be common to all the cabins in Monteverde.

The balcony view was spectacular and the space was very spacious and had everything needed. The bed had a broken support, and we thought it had a Jacuzzi because the photos on the platform made us think so, but it was probably another unit and we didn’t see it in time.
