The staff were very kind, and the rooms were clean with decent bathrooms. However, trash cans were never emptied throughout our stay, both in rooms and the shared kitchen area, and rooms weren’t cleaned regularly.

“Our first impression was disappointing. When we arrived, our room wasn’t properly prepared. The child’s bed wasn’t made,”

We were let down from the start. When we checked in, the room wasn’t ready: the child’s bed wasn’t made, there was no pillow, and no towels. Spiders appeared in several spots, and the room didn’t match the photos. Breakfast was also a let‑down; it was supposed to start at 8:00 a.m., but everything was cold. The whole place felt dirty and disorganised, so the experience didn’t live up to the photos and description.
