The courtyard and parking are good. My stay here was completely unsatisfactory. The rooms were not properly cleaned; they were dusty and covered in hair from previous guests, including on the bed linens and pillows. When we requested clean sheets, we had to ask twice. The staff was surprisingly defensive and even tried to blame us. Even after they finally changed the bedding, the new blankets smelled so foul that we ended up having to sleep without them. The apartment also suffers from poor maintenance and dangerous oversights. We actually found two loose screws left on the divan cot—thankfully, we noticed them before they could pierce the skin and cause a severe wound! The main door is so faulty that it took the staff member 5 minutes just to unlock it for us, and the bedroom doors do not close properly. Even though there are microwave and a refrigerator, they were not all cleaned and smelly. A piece of advice to the host regarding the refrigerator, if it is not being used, just keep it open to simply get rid of smells! However, the most concerning issue is the total lack of privacy. Having a CCTV camera inside the rental apartment (in the kitchen) is completely unacceptable. Finally, while it is outside of the host's control, future guests should be aware that the last one or two kilometer of the road leading to the stay is full of potholes. I hope the host looks into these serious matters and takes necessary action

Nice location with great mountain views, close to the centre and other facilities, and the staff were very jovial. However, they should plan to provide food on site (as requested); otherwise you have to travel every time for meals.
