We spent a weekend at B&B Il Lago, which sits in a strategic spot from where you can reach the nearby villages in about ten minutes by car. The rooms were clean, quiet, equipped with the basics and had lovely little balconies. Renato and Maria are wonderful people—friendly and courteous—who made us feel like friends rather than guests, always chatting and full of tips for the stay. Most importantly, they were ready to accommodate any request or need. Both the B&B and the on‑site trattoria are not overrated, offer great value, and are ideal for families. Highly recommend.

The owner welcomed us warmly and sincerely, and was ready to meet any need from midnight all the way to 7 am. If we ever need to stay in the area again, Renato is the one to call.
