The staff is great.very helpful, close to the beach, polite staff really polite. The rooms.I mean for the money we paid, and how many tourists they receive, they can at least make some renovations to the rooms. We didn't like the rooms at all.they were old, with uncomfortable beds, and little space, and the bathroom is another story. So in the entire stay all I can say is good job with the staff. You have excellent people there. polite and very helpful. But with those rooms I won't be coming back

“Never again”

Spiders, a broken shower, no hot water, loud staff who seem to live there, and the owners are rude and scary.

“Parfait”

Accueil était parfait, propriétaire est toujours disponible, l'emplacement était très bien au frond de lac avec parking, qualité prix excellent, sans oublier la vue est extrêmement jolie. recommandé 100%

Another great stay at this beautiful hotel, and it’s not my first visit. Once again, everything was exceptional: the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, the atmosphere elegant and relaxing, and the service consistently outstanding. It’s always a pleasure to return to a place where you feel genuinely valued and well taken care of. I highly recommend this hotel and can’t wait to come back.
