I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and neatness of my room, which was a major plus for me. However, the rest of my stay was just okay, and I didn't encounter anything particularly noteworthy. The staff were friendly, but I didn't have any major issues to report.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was marred by a dirty room, which was a major turnoff. However, the staff were friendly and helpful, and they arranged a different room for me. While I appreciate their efforts, I'm still hesitant to trust the booking platform after this experience.
