They told me I could choose any room I liked and ended up with a higher grade than I had booked. The staff weren’t very helpful, but the people I spoke to were polite. My reservation never reached the hotel, so I couldn’t use the room I had booked and was redirected to a different hotel next door. I couldn’t get through on the phone, so I had to catch a cleaning staff member who helped, but the hotel’s communication feels unreliable, so I wouldn’t recommend it to someone who isn’t comfortable with Japanese. I noticed a sign that said “office/receiving area” on the right side of the front entrance. When I checked out, even though I had already paid, the hotel didn’t acknowledge it and almost double‑charged me.

“スタッフさん達がいい人すぎる方ばかり！”

When my plans ran long and I feared I wouldn’t make the final check‑in time of 23:30, I called and was told to just arrive and they would handle it, which I truly appreciate. The website said luggage storage was included, but it turns out they don’t keep it for theft prevention. That’s not the hotel’s fault. If I had to add a suggestion, the tissue supply is only in the bedroom; it would be nice to have them in the living room too! (^-^;).

The staff were kind and helpful. I thought there was a karaoke room based on the photos, but there isn’t one.

“値段の割に部屋の広さはある”

There were cockroaches, so they should implement better measures to keep them out.
