The setting is gorgeous and great for families, but the facilities were unavailable; when I asked about the sauna and hot tub, the reply was a firm “no” because they were supposedly booked until the end of the day, even though I saw no one using them.

The lakeside location is very nice. The kitchen was poorly cleaned… they had to clean everything again… everything was quite sticky… the mattresses were dirty.

Everything you need was there. The bedding for four people cost about 50 €, and I wasn’t told beforehand that we had to bring our own. Since we were just passing through, we had no other choice… but it was a pretty steep price… for just one night!

The location was good. The rental sauna was beautifully made, only the entry ladder was too unstable, but the roof terrace was gorgeous. The playgrounds, the vibe on the campsite, the variety of seating on the site, and the lake beach were all great. The bungalow furnishings were outdated, they were quite small and not well thought out – they could be improved, for example with larger windows. New beds/mattresses are a must, as people end up meeting in the middle of the bed at night. Given the limited space, at least part of the terrace should be covered.

The location and surroundings were great, with plenty of space for activities, a pool, and a grill. The staff’s treatment was disappointing: one of the girls at check‑in simply ignored us in favor of two older German couples—perhaps she spoke better German than English, which led to a quick dismissal without answering several important questions about logging into their site to buy towels, sheets, and related costs, as well as the cleaning fee. The rest of the team were helpful and courteous, but that one person set a bad example for customer service. Also, be careful with the key; the loss fee is 2500 kr, though we managed to find ours.
