The location is good and decent. It’s not clean at all, and complimentary drinking water wasn’t provided.

The hotel's location was one of the few positive aspects of my stay, as it was conveniently situated for my needs.

I recently had a terrible experience at this hotel, which left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. The receptionist, Pandu, was extremely rude and unhelpful, which set the tone for the rest of my stay. The room was in a deplorable state, with dirty bedsheets, pillow covers, and a non-functional television, charging slots, and wall clock. To make matters worse, towels and water bottles were not provided, and the bathroom's flush button stopped working the next day.

To be honest, there was nothing about this hotel that I enjoyed. The rooms were not cleaned properly, the staff's behavior was unprofessional, and they even charged us extra money than what was shown on the booking app. To top it all off, there was a water problem during my stay.
