I enjoyed chatting with the husband and the wife brought a blanket thinking it would get chilly at night. I got to enjoy the sunset over the mountains alone, had a lovely breakfast with a beautiful view, and the cat roamed freely—very cozy. It did get cold at night, but during the day it was hot because there was no air conditioning.

The terrace offers a stunning sunset view, the starry sky is perfect, and the rooms are cute. The owner couple were very kind and the breakfast was delicious. I booked a last‑minute spot after securing a ferry ticket to Muan Goi, but when I arrived there was no one and my messages got no reply, which was quite confusing. It was a hectic day and the place is in a remote village that can’t be left on the same day by public boat, so the lack of contact felt a bit scary. In the end I stayed safely and was satisfied.
