Staff and location were great. Elivators broken. Arrived room okay view side of building by trees. Sadly we were there 5 mins room was dirty, bird poop all over balcony, not cleaned and dust and hand notes left from prior guest. Moved to a different room, facing parking lot terrible. Dirty dishes, floor carpet dirty. This place was nice but run down. Elevator 1 ended up working with 3 weddings, 2 retreats so had to use stairs with toddler and dog all weekend. Over priced, not cleaned and getting rundown. Also price of 1 Shirley Temple 15.00 . Hamburgers cost 80 dollars

The location and view were perfect, but we had to wait for an early check‑in because we had a newborn, and our request was denied. When we finally got our room, it was entirely different from what we booked, with a different view, and it sat next to a room with two dogs. Constant barking made it impossible to rest. We never received any notice about the poor air quality from the wildfire, and we found a pillow with a blood stain. One night the hotel lost power, and no staff came to help or offer any assistance during the outage. Overall, the service, room condition, and handling of these problems were very disappointing.

The restaurant service was good, but the room wasn’t cleaned properly. The shower had a clogged drain, causing the bathroom to flood. The price didn’t feel fair for what was offered.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Front desk and valet staff were excellent and accommodating. The shop didn’t allow charging to the room, so I had to wait behind a young employee who was chatting with the cashier. They didn’t seem to notice I was waiting to check out, kept eye contact, and continued talking.
