The place is great, but the room was awful because it sat above the kitchen and the vent let fried‑food smell in, plus the extractor fan was so loud I couldn’t think straight, and the view from the window was just bins.

I enjoyed the location and the sauna in the spa suite, but the kitchen ceiling dripped water after a shower, which is a serious health and safety problem, there was no Wi‑Fi, and when I called the emergency number they didn’t help.

The suite was lovely, quiet, and in a nice spot, but the lack of Wi‑Fi was a real problem. I couldn’t work or make calls and was told to use a conference room, which isn’t why I paid almost £250 a night. A simple repeater would have solved it, yet the IT team never followed through on their promise, making the stay feel spoiled and frustrating for the price.
