The place is well‑located. The building feels worn out; the back security door was disabled with exposed wiring. My room was cramped, the floor was dirty and sticky, and it ruined my white socks. The fridge held four cans of beer. Both curtains were loose and hanging disheveled. Breakfast was non‑existent, even though a breakfast item was advertised. I called for the lowest rate, but the property raised the price at check‑in even though I booked through a lower rate and had already disclosed my cat; they added an extra $20 for me and my pet. Storage items were visible in the lobby. The drink machine had no water, the ice machine was held together with painter’s tape, and hallway carpet was badly stained. The desk and TV table in the room hadn’t been wiped clean, and there were streaks on the TV screen.
