Everything was extremely pleasant! From the gentleman at reception who was very friendly and gave us a lake‑view room (even though I had mistakenly booked a mountain view), to the cute girls serving in the restaurant, the food was excellent, the cleanliness exemplary – everything was superb! Congratulations to the owners and staff; this is a place I gladly recommend and will return to! ❤️❤️❤️

The scenery felt like a fairy tale, quiet, clean, heated pools, a gym, a boat ride and a hydro‑bike. The lunch/dinner menu didn’t change, which was a downside.

A hotel that has everything it should. Excellent services, fresh and carefully cooked food, staff always attentive. The boat rides… a real story. Thank you very much! I would have liked more flexibility in combining menus, but that’s just a choice and didn’t diminish the stay.

Very nice location. Extremely friendly staff. Breakfast and restaurant were good. The view was absolutely superb. No elevator, so carrying luggage up the stairs was a bit uncomfortable. The bedding quality could be improved – pillows, blankets (a small pillow for two people).
