The place was clean and the staff were friendly. The mattresses were hard, we didn’t have internet, the pool wasn’t available and they gave us service at another hotel as a courtesy because they didn’t have the pool service.

The price was very attractive. The facilities lacked maintenance; the photos showed nice facilities but upon arrival they were nothing like the pictures. At reception I wasn’t billed for paying on the platform and they couldn’t resolve the invoice issue, which complicates my expense tracking.

The hotel was very good, the staff were very friendly and attentive at all times. Having a restaurant in the hotel would have added a plus.

The service was great, they gave us a cold and hot water garrafon and shared mosquito repellent with us—though I’d recommend bringing your own because there are a lot of mosquitoes. The pool was nice. The hotel sits a bit away from the center, so a taxi costs between 60 and 80 pesos to get there, or you can take a bus. If you drive, be aware that the road outside the hotel is unpaved.

Nothing positive. Everything was wrong, the place didn’t match the pictures and the hygiene was poor.
