I expected a birthday note for my nephew in his room, but none of the staff gave him a simple written greeting as promised. The tapa was too salty, so my brother skipped it the next day.

The place is very quiet, perfect for unwinding. However, most facilities were shut on weekdays, rooms felt cramped, and many items in the room like the lampshade, lights, and Wi‑Fi were not functioning.
