Everything was neat and the staff were friendly. Minor details were missing, like a night light on the bedside table, a towel hook in the bathroom, or a chair in the room for better PC use. I didn't see a night light on the website, but when I arrived they told me the room would be cleaned mid‑day—something I hadn't expected from a hotel, only from an apartment.

The room was gorgeous and super comfortable, with a wide bed that always stayed at a perfect temperature. The city view from the window was fantastic, and the breakfast was delicious.

The location was great, the whole staff were helpful, rooms were clean and comfortable. Our flight left very early, so they arranged breakfast for us before the usual service started. The downside was that payment had to be made in advance, and when the flight was cancelled we lost a night of stay with no refund. The heating was set too high, and the hotel is pricey.

Excelente estadía en CAP POLONIO! Habitación impecable, muy calefaccionada (fundamental en Ushuaia), cama súper cómoda y una atención del personal de 10. Muy bien ubicado sobre calle San Martín, a pasos de todo. El desayuno super completo y variado. Sin dudas volvería. ¡Recomendadísimo!
