There were no washcloths in the room, the bed felt very uncomfortable, and the front door and desk looked like a closet and were pretty unappealing.

It was a nice place to stay close to everything, though it was quite noisy.

There was no breakfast offered, traffic noise was loud, the TV didn’t work, and the AC wasn’t cooling the room.

“Wouldn’t recommend”

The staff was nice, but the hotel advertised free WiFi and kitchenware, neither of which were available. I asked the front desk for kitchenware, they told me the price and that they were out of pots and pans at the time. That was understandable given how booked the hotel was, but the WiFi was a different issue. The booking site and the information sheet said the WiFi was free and usable throughout the building, just enter your name and room number. After wandering the hotel looking for a signal, I entered my details and was taken to a pay screen where I could choose a WiFi package. Our room was also poorly cleaned when we arrived: the bathroom floor was dirty with hair still on it, there was a pre‑rolled blunt in the kitchen drawers, and the beds were extremely uncomfortable, though that was nothing compared to everything else. Every staff member I spoke to during our stay was incredibly nice and professional, which was a bright spot.
