“Luxury price tag and appearance but lacked functionality”

Breakfast offered plenty of variety, but we felt watched every time we approached the buffet. The spa was too large, taking over an hour to fill, and with no separate shower you had to wash in the spa, which was hard to get in and out of. The tap hose was short, forcing us to crouch to wash our hair. There was no kettle or coffee machine in the room; you could only order and pay extra via room service, which is unacceptable for the room price. The chandelier was falling apart.

“Very pleasant stay with great hospitality!!”

We were largely satisfied with our stay. We received a complimentary upgrade from a Deluxe Double to a beautiful suite, and the in‑room jacuzzi was fantastic and relaxing. The staff were incredibly pleasant, polite, and genuinely helpful throughout. Breakfast was rich, high‑quality, and had a lovely homemade, traditional feel. The bed was excellent, very comfortable, and came with double pillows. On the downside, the room warmed up quickly, and the bed felt a bit too hot even with the air conditioning on; the AC unit above the bed was inconvenient to leave on while sleeping. The television was outdated and not a smart TV. The internet connection was unstable with frequent drops and poor coverage. The spa and massage services were nice, but the prices seemed steep; better rates or exclusive packages for hotel guests would be welcome.

Everything was flawless, just what you need for relaxation and rest—would gladly return! All was perfect.
