位子方便，停車方便，對面就是7-11購物方便. 床單清潔有待加強，入住4人有3人整晚都很癢，可能塵蟎引起 小朋友更是癢到起紅疹

The location is great for travelers visiting Donggang, just a 10‑15 minute drive to the seafood market and the night market. The room was spacious, clean, and tidy, and indoor slippers were provided. Dedicated parking spaces for the B&B exist, though they are across the street. Our main dissatisfaction was the confusing payment process and the broken air conditioner. When we arrived for check‑in in the afternoon, an older lady told us the payment hadn’t gone through even though we had booked with a credit card. We offered to pay on site, but she seemed unfamiliar with the process and said we’d have to wait until the owner returned that evening. She later called the owner, who said the payment could be processed online, so we completed check‑in and left. Later that night, while I was showering, someone knocked on the door about the payment. My elderly family member answered but didn’t fully understand. I hurried downstairs with my credit card, only to learn that the payment had already been completed by my relatives staying on the 3rd floor, who were not involved in the booking. They were asked to pay for the entire reservation, including both rooms, which was surprising and caused unnecessary confusion and inconvenience. Shortly after, my relatives told me the air conditioner in their room had stopped working entirely. On a hot night, this made the room extremely uncomfortable, especially with two children. When I contacted the owner, I was told it was too late to arrange repairs. The owner offered partial compensation for the room fee or suggested my relatives find alternative accommodation themselves, but this was after 10 PM and they would have had to look for another place to stay late at night while traveling with two young children. Overall, the experience caused unnecessary stress for our family and could have been handled better.

The location is convenient, with a dedicated parking lot and a small 7‑11 across the street; the B&B even includes a 7‑11 breakfast roll, and the room is clean! The showerhead’s water flow is too strong; when washing the kids, their skin hurts, so a gentler showerhead would be better.
