A cozy guesthouse with a comfortable vibe and very friendly hosts made us feel right at home; the location is good and everything needed for a stay is available. The hosts were especially welcoming, always ready to help and give advice, and we would gladly stay here again. We recommend it! The only thing that could be better is the cleaning – there were a few small lapses, but overall it didn’t spoil our experience.

Well located, plenty of room in the rooms. We traveled with our four kids and it felt like our own home. The WC could use a bit more space.

It was very spacious and pleasant, the house is very beautiful and very well situated. It has very useful equipment such as a ping‑pong table. I highly recommend it!

Excellent location, within walking distance to Registan, great restaurants, an ATM, separate bedrooms, laundry, kitchen, and it was clean. The owner was an exceptionally nice man who helped us recover a lost iPhone left in a taxi and secured 3 am taxis to the airport; he went to great lengths to make our stay perfect. No complaints.

A good place for a group to stay. Check‑in was possible in the middle of the night. Super!
