La habitación acondicionada para los niños, y la piscina infantil. La ludoteca poco tiempo, el horario se tendría que ampliar para más disfrute de los niños

The resort is awesome for very young kids, with endless slide fun—our 3‑year‑old loved the splash park and waterslides just a 15‑second walk from our kids’ suite! The pool area was fantastic for the kids, and the entertainment was great, even helping our son learn Spanish thanks to DJ Musica. Food was always ready at the on‑site restaurants, and the main picnic spot had a great variety; the churros at breakfast were amazing, and we also enjoyed hand‑rolled sushi and Mexican night. The staff were friendly and mostly spoke English; because I’m pregnant, they even set up a pregnancy pillow in our kids’ suite, though the zip was broken and I slept with the case half hanging off. The suite is cute and highly recommended for toddlers, with metal‑barred windows that give anxious parents peace of mind. On the downside, the cleaners did a poor job—our bungalow never felt super clean, with other people’s hair in corners. Half the arcade machines on site don’t work, and explaining that to a toddler is annoying; some machines look over 20 years old and barely hold together, which is a shame because a few fun ones do work. The packed breakfast to go we got on checkout day was awful; I’m pregnant and can’t eat deli meat, so they put plain shredded carrot and lettuce on dry white bread with no sauce, cheese, or butter—straight to the bin. My other kid wasn’t much better. The variety of drinks for children was poor; our son drank apple juice, which isn’t ideal due to high sugar, and we had to go to the bar for juice and wait in the evenings because it wasn’t readily available at dinner, often forcing us to split up while one parent waited for juice at the bar. The food at the Italian restaurant wasn’t great either, though the staff were nice; we preferred the main picnic buffet. The location is fine but requires a taxi to reach most places, as it’s a bit out of the way, and there are no nearby shops except the on‑site mini‑supermarket.
