The room had all the gear you’d expect, yet the street was so noisy that sleep was impossible.

The place is great and the room is clean and well‑air‑conditioned, and the rooftop is a highlight; the front‑desk gentleman was very pleasant. However, the room was so cramped that moving around the bed was a struggle, the shower was awkwardly positioned, and after staying here three times this layout let me down.

The single room cost €250 and was not very large on a Saturday; the front‑desk lady helped me find a return train to Brussels when mine was cancelled and printed a ticket for me.

The hotel is small, cute, in a great spot, clean and tidy, and offers good value for money; I recommend it. The rooms are small and not suitable for long stays.
