The staff were super kind, the room was huge and spotless, the car could be parked inside the courtyard, and the location was great for both Nardò centre and the beach. The building itself is lovely… thanks to Mrs. Mary, who always had a smile.

The welcome was extremely friendly and they offered an early check‑in and let us park the car in the courtyard in front of the rooms. The room and bathroom were large and very clean, the bed was very comfortable, and there were always two bottles of water available. The air‑conditioning worked well. The property has a well‑maintained lawn, but because of the heat right now it isn’t used much. The centre is close, so if you’re willing to walk a little, you’re in the middle of everything, and the beaches are about ten kilometres away by car. Breakfast isn’t included (there’s a machine in the room for coffee or tea) but that’s stated, so you have to go out; five minutes on foot you’ll find a couple of bars. If the place ever decided to offer even a minimal breakfast, it would be a benefit. The room was connected to two others on both sides, so sound and privacy were impossible – a real significant negative. From experience at other places, I’d recommend installing PVC panels or mosquito net‑like frames with a sound‑absorbing sheet that can be fitted into the frame of the connecting doors when renting single rooms, and removed when the doors are opened for family rooms.
