Bagaimana tamu menilai properti ini, aspek demi aspek.
The house and yard are beautiful, and the host was very friendly and accommodating; the property is within walking distance of the train station, and the host offered free breakfast even though it wasn't included in the room rate, allowing us to chat with other guests over coffee. No problems.

The house is fantastically renovated and perfectly equipped. The host, Luana, is warm and helpful, speaks fluent German, and gives great tips for first‑time visitors to Venefig. Coming home to Santa Croce and watching the little canal from a climate‑controlled room that’s high‑quality and tastefully designed is a wonderful experience!

Luana was exceptional and welcomed us super well even before we arrived. She was always very attentive, helpful and welcoming. The room is excellent, very comfortable, and the breakfast with a view of the garden, which is beautiful, made the experience even more special. We loved our stay and, when we return to Venice, we’ll definitely choose to stay here again. Highly recommend!

Everything was perfect! We had a charming weekend in this magical, quiet setting in the heart of the city. The hosts are full of attentions and we’re grateful to Luana for her kindness and hospitality. Excellent breakfast with fresh fruit and homemade products.

The host was lovely, but the bathroom was very small.
