Great location, happy hour was a bonus, breakfast was good, staff were friendly. The room was large but not a suite; more drawers would let you unpack fully.

The staff were very friendly, and the location was great with a lovely room. Thanks to Sher and Alan for their excellent work. The bathroom and buffet could use some improvement in smell.

Breakfast was very good, with a pleasant terrace overlooking the canal, a large room with a bathroom that had a bathtub. My room faced the road and had huge “sign” windows, so I had to keep pulling the curtains all the time.

The location was great and I loved the canal house; the view from our room was amazing. The only downside was that we weren’t allowed to have any guests.

The tram stop was close by and the complimentary snacks and drinks during happy hour were a nice touch, but the overall experience was underwhelming. On day one, I walked into my room to find pillows on the floor without pillowcases. When I mentioned this to the receptionist, she first said she was on break and would address it later. When she returned, she behaved as if the situation was normal, offering no apology or concern. I explained the pillows were dirty and unusable, yet she seemed reluctant to understand and was about to walk away. I told her my English was limited and asked her to wait while I tried to explain, to which she replied sarcastically, “Yes, I can tell,” and only listened when I insisted. The pillows were eventually replaced, but her rude attitude left a bad first impression. The hotel’s higher price compared to others in the area made this disappointing start even more disheartening. The rest of my stay felt only average.
