The staff were really helpful and friendly, which made our stay great.
The breakfast was good too, with plenty of nice options to choose from.
The location's pretty good, but that's about it.

“Não foi uma boa experiência”
Sem comentários. Infelizmente outros hóspedes fizeram muito barulho, mudei de apartamento e nessa mudança a divisão dos apartamentos são de gesso e até às conversas ouvíamos tudo. Privacidade zero.

Check‑in was lightning fast, they didn’t even need my ID. Everything else was terrible – truly the worst place I’ve ever stayed in. I was heading to a concert for our 14‑year anniversary and had emailed ahead, expecting at least a special touch, but the lobby had no ventilation and no windows to the outside. After the quick check‑in, we were sent to room 9, which sat right beside the coffee area and had its only window facing the hallway, so we couldn’t open it; the motion‑sensor lights lit the corridor at night and the thin curtain did nothing, making sleep impossible after a long show. Inside, the room was a nightmare: I paid almost 400 BRL for a night in a filthy space, the air‑conditioning only blew warm air and the fan was dead, the minibar was empty and switched off, and the bathroom was a disaster – the tiny sink was outside the bathroom, the shower area was revolting, the door handle gross, and the ceiling and floor were disgusting. The blanket was rolled up in an open cupboard, apparently never washed, so we slept on sheets only. Breakfast was a let‑down, with heavy, stale‑looking cakes and awful fruit. We barely slept and rushed out for coffee before leaving.

The mold and humidity made me catch a cold and I felt really sick for a few days. The windows face the inner corridor, and at night other guests made a lot of noise. In the morning we had an early coffee and left, waiting for a flight that only departed in the afternoon, but the room was not suitable for staying.
Water was leaking in the room.
