The resort features a restaurant with Thai/Western menus, a beachfront bar, and massage services. It's a 10-minute drive from Grandfather and Grandmother rocks, 30 minutes from Samui International Airport, and offers free parking and tour desk assistance.

The bungalow is only 20 m from the beach and very quiet even though it’s close to the town. The setting, accommodation, and garden are very pretty, and I liked them a lot. No need for a car or scooter; everything is nearby. The personnel are very pleasant, and I would return without hesitation. The only downside was the weak water pressure, probably due to the island’s water restriction, as we experienced the same issue in the next accommodation.

The staff were friendly, the rooms were comfortable, and the setting was nice! We chose this hotel because it had a pool, but when we arrived the pool was green, closed, and we were told by the manager that we could still swim even though it was dirty. That was disappointing; if we had known, we would have chosen a cheaper hotel without a pool.

The location is superb, right on the beach and on a lively street, yet still quiet. There are countless cafés, restaurants, massage salons, and supermarkets within walking distance. The room was very clean, and we received a free upgrade so that my toddler wouldn’t have to climb many stairs, which we found very considerate and kind. The pool was very dirty. A baby cot, which we had confirmed in advance and was essential for our booking, was not available at arrival. When we asked, they first denied it, then agreed to arrange one the next day, and after a long discussion we finally got a baby cot on the day we arrived. Later we discovered that guests were also provided with beach towels and pool toys for children, but we were not informed about either. During check‑in no one asked us to pay for the room, so we assumed payment would be due at checkout. On the third day we found a notice in our room about a late payment fee, even though no one had spoken to us about it.
