The place felt private and homey, and the host was kind and welcoming.

Finding the hotel was easy and it felt secure, but the double beds were cramped, the rooms were small with no room to open a suitcase, and it was stressful to check in early and not after 6 pm.

The facilities were not as advertised, the staff were miserable and unhelpful, and the breakfast was below average.

I liked the breakfast, and the staff went out of their way to get lactose‑free yogurt and gluten‑free bread for a family member who can’t eat sugar, gluten, or lactose. We booked four rooms, yet some had no toilet paper and were short on towels; we had to ask for these items, which was unnecessary. Room 2 was ignored after reminders and left with only one shower towel to share between the couple. Traveling 400 km to Gqebone, I didn’t expect such service.
