The location is handy for everything in the area and only four blocks from the beach. The only downside is a single breakfast option every day, and the rooms had unfinished finishes on the walls and doors.

The spot is spot on for walking to everything. The organization was poor; the photos overpromise compared to reality. The hand soap was completely diluted in water, the towels felt like sandpaper, the pool water was murky, and the breakfast didn’t accommodate families. I’ll probably skip it next time.

The staff were very kind, but the third‑floor room suffered from low water pressure and a foul pipe smell.
