Guest House Ochakare

The place was very welcoming, clean, and well maintained. The room was comfortable, the location great, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We especially appreciated the simple atmosphere and the special attention given to guests. Overall, a truly enjoyable stay that I gladly recommend. The only minor flaw was the lack of soundproofing between some rooms; at times, noises from adjacent rooms were easily heard, but this did not ruin the excellent overall experience.

Everything was just fine. It’s very quiet, very clean, well located, and the owners were wonderful people 💗

“Très bon accueil et bien situé”

The owners are adorable and they explain what to do in the city. It’s close to the train station, quiet, and in a pretty house. The room with bunk beds is very small; avoid it if you have a lot of luggage.

“Consigliatissimo”

The owners, a couple, were extremely kind and cordial, letting us drop off luggage before check‑in and giving useful information. The room is a typical Japanese bedroom; the bathroom is shared on the floor but each door has a security code. Everything was very clean. The value for money is excellent.
