Nice location. There was a strong musty smell coming from the floor below and the room itself. The hotel is missing details that would make the stay more comfortable for guests.

“I would never stay at this place again.”

The location was good, the terrace for breakfast was nice and the food was good. However, several things felt disorganised and the staff could have been more attentive: the safe was left closed and there were no clear instructions on how to use it; they forgot to write our names/room numbers on the breakfast guest list, so we had to wait for someone to check, which was annoying; there was a water leak in the roof of our room—though it didn’t reach our bed or anything critical, the staff’s response when we reported it was lacking; we almost asked for a room change, but the leak stopped after it stopped raining (if that was even the cause) and we were only staying two nights; they forgot to leave hand towels and a bath mat after cleaning the room once; and the most upsetting part was that the staff were indifferent when I explained that, as a Colombian citizen living abroad, I’m exempt from the 19% tax surcharge but didn’t have the right stamp on my passport to prove my entry date— I felt ripped off.
