They offered a free continental breakfast, and the rooms were clean; occasionally a door would make noise, but overall it was a pleasant place to stay, just a bit dated. The elevator felt a little funky.

The building looked nice from the outside, but when we entered the room my child opened a drawer and found marijuana next to a Bible, and every handle was sticky; after complaining we were moved to another room that was supposedly an upgrade but was essentially the same room with a microwave added. In the new room, the bathroom had pre‑opened soaps on a bed, white stains and crumbs on the tables, and some sheets appeared to have mold.

The location was convenient, but my late check‑in was awkward because I was discussing personal business on a monitor while people were nearby, my hair got tangled in the room, and the bed, bathroom floor, tub, and hot water barely worked.
