This place far exceeded our expectations. Before we even arrived, the host contacted us proactively via WhatsApp with great information and tips, and when we got there we were warmly welcomed in person and shown around the apartment. The location is perfect: absolutely central between the train station, old town and beach, yet wonderfully quiet because the apartment opens out to the back. The whole property is very safe with coded gates in the courtyard and on the street. Our room was huge, impeccably clean, well furnished and had a great working air‑conditioner as well as a nice desk and seating area. The real highlight was the huge, quiet terrace with table, chairs, loungers and a big umbrella. Another big praise goes to breakfast: the older host couple brought a tea cart full of local specialties like four different cheeses, local honey, fresh fruit, croissants and even wonderfully crisp rolls, which we enjoyed on the terrace. Even when we forgot the access code on Sunday, we were helped instantly via WhatsApp after a quick call. A nice bonus is also the water dispenser with chilled sparkling water on the ground floor. The stay was rounded off by a hassle‑free late check‑out at 11:00 am. As a frequent business traveler I can only say: this is Italian hospitality at its finest and a perfectly round accommodation that we will definitely return to! There was absolutely nothing to complain about. Because I travel a lot in hotels and accommodations across Europe for work and leisure and regularly write reviews, I usually notice at least a small negative point. Here there was not even the slightest criticism, which is a rarity among my many trips.
