A pleasant place to stay in a quiet spot, close to Lucica Beach. Parking availability was crucial for us. The hosts were helpful and answered all our questions. We had a great vacation. The only drawback was the lack of nearby grocery stores, but having a car solves that issue.

The villa sits in a very picturesque spot, far from the noisy city streets. The rooms feature fresh renovations, spotless cleanliness, new plumbing, and air‑conditioning. Owners Vitaliy and Alexandra are wonderful people, ready to help with any question. They told us which beaches to visit, helped us orient ourselves locally, and recommended the best restaurants—every suggestion was spot on.
