When we arrived, the staff told us our reservation had been cancelled on their end with no prior notice and they didn’t provide any rooms; after an eight‑hour trip we were left without accommodation, even though the app showed the booking as confirmed and no cancellation email had come; the owner then called us rudely, making the whole experience pathetic.

The place had a good location and pleasant vibe, and the staff were friendly, but the TV wouldn’t recharge and there was no Wi‑Fi.
